#0610 stoneware pie pan by Margo Brown
This pie dish is a little over 10″ in diameter and is 2 5/8″ tall. It works well in an oven, though we recommend that it is at room temperature before baking. These dishes are not for roasting, only for pies or things with a casserole consistency. I use a ceramic pie dish, and find that it bakes beautifully, and is easy to clean.
