#0742 celadon and black porcelain pitcher by Margo Brown
This porcelain pitcher is 8 3/4″ tall and is 4 1/4″ in diameter at the top. The bottom widens a lot to increase the volume that it holds. I’ve fired it to cone 10 in a reduction fired kiln in a celadon and dull black glaze. The black glaze is made with Barnard slip which is no longer mined, but which I have managed to get a small supply of.
