Can I call in an order instead of using the shopping cart?
Of course. Call us at 307-684-9406. We can answer any questions there.
Do you gift wrap?
We offer free gift-wrapping on most items. Please let us know in your original order if you want an item gift-wrapped and what occasion we are wrapping the item for so we use appropriate paper.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards in the store and accept paypal and all major credit cards on our website.
Do you ship worldwide?
As of right now, we only ship within the United States.
What should I do if my item arrives broken?
Please save all of the packing materials and original box that your package came in and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or at 307-684-9406.
We will need a photo of the broken piece, and then we will file for the UPS insurance to either replace the item or refund your money.
UPS might need to inspect the box and packaging for the claim, so please save the materials for at least two weeks, or longer if we can’t make a claim immediately. If we are replacing the item, there might be a wait if the item is one of a kind, for the item to be made.
What are your store hours?
Our hours vary depending on the season. From January-April, we are open on Fridays and Saturdays, or by appointment, from 10-5:30. September through December and in May our hours have been Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 10-5:30, since the Covid pandemic. For June, July and August, we are open Monday through Saturday from 10-5:30. Feel free to call us at 307-684-9406 to check on hours or to come at another time.
