Versatile serving piece, especially for salads and vegetable dishes.

Each piece is wheel thrown from porcelain clay and fired to 2340°F for function and durability, dishwasher and oven/microwave safe. Each bowl varies slightly in design and size. If you have questions, please write or call.
Delores Fortuna divides her time between her studio in Galena, Illinois and teaching at the School of the Art Institute in Chicago. She works in a high temperature gas reduction atmosphere kiln. Her glazes are food safe, microwaveable and dishwasher stable. She throws the pots on a potter’s wheel, and generally does a lot of altering of the work to finish it. Her designs are fairly simple in a graphic design way.
